OSBORNE captain Darren Howard knows the club will depend heavily on youth in the Holbrook and District Association this season.
The Cats, who lost to The Rock-Yerong Creek in a tight opening clash, have lost Nick and Harry Perryman to Wagga club Kooringal Colts and plan to give youngsters Will Ryan, George and Bill Alexander and Lachie Lane plenty of opportunities.
“We are a pretty young side,” Howard said.
“I think we will be competitive though.
“We have an under-13s side now which is going to be good in bringing young blokes through in the next few years.”
Osborne travels to Holbrook today, with both teams eager to open their winning accounts after losing to TRYC and Culcairn respectively last weekend.
Uranquinty hosts Culcairn and TRYC will struggle to counter Henty.
