Congratulations – you have made it to the final week.

Thehard work is done and you can now relax and prepare for thefun run this weekend.

In regards to your training this weekwe will ease off and complete some comfortable runs to keepthe legs turning over.

More importantly, you need to focus onyour race day preparation. The best advice I can give at thisstage is “Do not change anything!”

Don’t eat different foodson race day, don’t wear new clothes and don’t be late!

Planhow you will get to the start line, taking note of road closuresand remember that there is a different start location this year.

But most of all, enjoy yourself, acknowledge your achievementsand have fun! And give me a wave as you rush by…
